Exchanges, returns and reclamations
Within 30 days from receiving the order you have the option of exchanging or returning purchased items. Exchanges can be made for a different size, color or cut.
Only goods with the manufacturer original labels and with no signs of use are subject to exchange.
Clothing with embroidery and customise (sewn upon customer request) can not be exchanged or returned.
If you have VAT invoice:
The package with exchanged goods should be send back with completed and signed EXCHANGE FORM. If you have VAT invoice there must be issued invoice correction. Once received please sign the copy of the correction, taking into account the date of receiving, and send it to the company headquarters. A new invoice will be issued for the replaced items.
The package with returned goods must be send back by with signed RETURN FORM. We issue correction invoice. Please sign the copy of the correction taking into account the date of receiving and send it to the company headquarters. Refund will be made within 14 days from the date of correction issue.
If you have a receipt:
The package with exchanged clothing must be send back with completed and signed EXCHANGE FORM, and the original receipt that you received along with the goods. A new receipt will be issued for the replaced items.
The package with returned goods must be send with a signed RETURN FORM and the original receipt that you received with the order. Refund will be made within 14 days from the date that correction document was issued.

The cost of goods exchanging depend on the courier service and must be paid in advance. Customer also bears the cost of sending the goods to the seller. If the replaced product is cheaper than originally ordered, the shipping costs will be reduced by this amount. Similarly, when exchanging for a more expensive product, the cost will be added to a finnal invoice or receipt.
